THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A 
  • TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE 
  • EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 155 
    PM UNTIL  900 PM CDT. 
  • PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...  SEVERAL TORNADOES POSSIBLE 
    SEVERAL DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH LIKELY  SEVERAL 
    LARGE HAIL EVENTS WITH A FEW VERY LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 
    2 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE 
 
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 70 STATUTE 
MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 50 MILES NORTHEAST OF 
NASHVILLE TENNESSEE TO 80 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF NASHVILLE
